A North Carolina screen printing and embroidery shop built for local businesses
Custom decorated apparel for companies, crews, and teams from Greensboro to Raleigh — one all-inclusive price, proofs in a day, and equipment under our own roof.
You need shirts your crew will actually wear, with a logo that looks right, delivered before the date you promised someone. Action Graphix exists to make that a short conversation instead of a project. We are a decorated apparel shop located between Greensboro and Raleigh, producing screen printing and full-color DTF and in-house embroidery for businesses and teams across central North Carolina.
Everything happens on our own equipment — a screen-print press and dryer, DTF production, and 12-color embroidery machinery — so we control the quality and the schedule rather than passing your order down a chain of brokers. And the price we quote is the price: the garment, the decoration, and the artwork prep, with no setup or digitizing fees bolted on at the end.
What ordering here actually gets you
Four things our customers tell us matter more than the quote itself.
A human proofs every order
Before anything hits a press, a real person checks your artwork, colors, sizes, and placement. Most reprint disasters are caught right here, not after 96 shirts are already printed.
One price, quoted once
All-inclusive pricing with no setup charge, no digitizing charge, and no line items you did not expect. What you approve is what you pay.
Made in-house, on our schedule
Printing, DTF, and embroidery all run on our own equipment here in North Carolina. When you ask where your order stands, we can actually tell you.
Rough artwork is fine
A photo of a business card, a screenshot, a sketch on a napkin — send it. We get it print-ready as part of the job, at no extra cost.
Who we outfit
Most of our work is uniforms and branded apparel for businesses that need to look established on a job site, a sales floor, or a field.
- Contractors and trades — embroidered work shirts, hi-vis tees, and hoodies that survive real use.
- Country clubs and hospitality — embroidered polos and caps for staff who are customer-facing all day.
- Healthcare and dental practices — clean, consistent logo work across scrubs, polos, and jackets.
- Landscaping and service crews — durable printed tees in quantity, reordered season after season.
- Gyms, studios, and boutiques — retail-quality prints on garments customers will pay for.
- Teams, churches, and event groups — tournament, fundraiser, reunion, and staff-shirt runs on a deadline.
- Brand-new businesses — first shirts, first logo cleanup, first impression. We like these jobs.
How an order works
Three steps, one point of contact, no chasing.
Tell us the basics
Service, rough quantity, garment idea, and your deadline. Send artwork if you have it. You get an all-inclusive quote back within one business day.
Approve your proof
We send a digital proof showing colors, sizing, and placement. Change anything you want. Nothing goes into production until you say go.
Pick up or get it shipped
Roughly 7–10 business days later your order is ready for local pickup or delivery in the Triad, or on its way anywhere in the country.
Where we deliver
Action Graphix sits between the Triad and the Triangle, and that is deliberate — both metros are a comfortable drive, so neither one is an afterthought. On the Triad side we cover Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, Burlington, Kernersville, Reidsville, and Eden. On the Triangle side, Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, and Apex. Orders anywhere in that footprint can be delivered or picked up, and everything else ships nationwide.
Being centrally located matters more than it sounds for apparel. A Raleigh business does not need a printer three blocks away — it needs proofs that come back the same day, a printer who answers the phone, and shirts that arrive before the deadline. We are close enough to hand-deliver a rush order in either direction and far enough from both downtowns to keep overhead out of your price.
The shop is owner-operated, which is the reason the proofing is careful and the answer to “where is my order?” never takes three days. Lynn Wilkinson reopened Action Graphix to give North Carolina businesses a dependable place to get branded apparel done right — and still reviews the work that goes out the door.
Common questions
The things people ask before they send us artwork.
Is there a minimum order?
Small runs are welcome. Screen printing gets more cost-effective as quantity goes up, and full-color DTF is built for short runs — down to a handful of pieces — so a 6-shirt job and a 600-shirt job both have a sensible answer.
Do you charge setup or digitizing fees?
No. Screen setup and embroidery digitizing are included in the price we quote. One all-inclusive number covers the garment, the decoration, and the artwork prep.
How long does an order take?
You get a digital proof within one business day, and production runs about 7–10 business days after you approve it. Tell us your in-hand date up front and we will confirm it in writing before you commit.
What if the logo file isn't good enough to print?
That is a normal starting point, not a problem. Send whatever you have — a business card, a screenshot, a sketch — and we will get it print-ready. New businesses do this every week.
Screen printing or embroidery — which should I choose?
Screen printing suits bold designs on tees and hoodies in larger runs. Embroidery suits polos, caps, and jackets where a stitched logo reads as more formal. Not sure? Describe the garment and the setting and we will recommend one.
Do you serve Raleigh and the Triangle?
Yes — the shop is located between the two metros, so Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, and Apex get the same delivery and turnaround as Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, and Burlington. We also ship nationwide.
